2. Services/Products

Get Dirty Ducked, a North Carolina-based company, provides custom branded ducks for use by Jeep enthusiasts. Please note that these are not toys.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. Get Dirty Ducked does not offer refunds for any products or services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Payment

Payment for services or products must be made according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Get Dirty Ducked’s website and related materials are owned by Get Dirty Ducked or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

Get Dirty Ducked shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Get Dirty Ducked reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post any changes on our website. Your continued use of our services or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
